Unfold Books Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Who are we?

Unfold Books Studio is an independent publisher based in Belgium. You can reach us at hi@unfoldbooks.studio.

What data do we collect?

When you place a pre-order, we collect your name, email address, and delivery address. When you join the Inner Circle, we store only your email address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store payment details.

Why do we use your data?

Your data is used solely to process and deliver your order, and to communicate about your order or — if you have indicated this — about new titles and events.

Do we share data with third parties?

We do not share your data with third parties, except Stripe (payment processing) and our print partner (for delivery). Both parties are required to treat your data confidentially.

How long do we keep your data?

Order data is kept for as long as legally required (7 years for accounting purposes). Email addresses for the Inner Circle are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
